Lumin may send alerts from time to time to keep you informed about the Lumin Screen user's status. Here's a breakdown of the alerts you may receive:
Low Battery
The Lumin Screen may have been unplugged or moved. If the battery runs low, you’ll receive an alert so you can remind the user to plug it back in.
Offline
This alert means the Lumin Screen may not have a stable internet connection or has been turned off. Check with the user or ensure the WiFi or SIM connection is active.
Reminder Alert
You'll be notified if the user fails to acknowledge:
A medication reminder
A general reminder
The alert will show the exact reminder that was missed.
Help Button Was Pressed
The user has pressed the red Help button on their Lumin Screen. This may indicate they need immediate attention.
