After downloading the Lumin App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, follow these steps to log in:
Step-by-Step Login Guide:
Tap the Lumin App icon on your phone.
Enter your mobile number, then press Submit.
Outside Australia? Be sure to include your country code (e.g.,
+64for New Zealand).
Wait for the SMS passcode, then enter it into the app.
Allow notifications when prompted.
This is important so you don’t miss alerts or calls from the Lumin screen.
Review and accept the Terms of Use & Service by tapping Accept.
Add a profile photo:
Tap Choose photo to take a new picture or select one from your phone.
Note: This is the photo your loved one will see when you message or call.
Tap Next, then review your profile details.
Edit any information if needed, then tap Done.
