Audio and video quality during calls is not very good

If your calls are choppy, delayed, or keep dropping, it’s most likely due to a weak internet connection or poor mobile signal.

What to do:

  • Check your internet connection or telco signal.

  • If possible, move closer to your WiFi router or switch to a more stable network.

  • Try the call again once your connection is steady.

A strong and stable internet connection is key to smooth, clear Lumin calls.
