No, you can only make video calls to your registered Supporters who are using the Lumin App. They can also initiate video calls to your Lumin Screen.
Calling Non-Supporters
If you need to call someone who is not a Supporter, you can make an audio-only call. Charges apply.
To add someone as a Supporter, ask an existing Supporter to invite them through the Lumin App, or contact Lumin Support for assistance.
