All registered Supporters receive alerts simultaneously when an issue arises.
A Supporter can "Acknowledge" an alert to indicate they are addressing the issue.
Once resolved, they can "Resolve" the alert to notify others that no further action is needed. This ensures quick responses and clear communication among Supporters.
