The Lumin Screen is designed to remain on at all times to ensure it receives messages, reminders, and updates.
While it cannot be fully powered off through normal use, you can set it to enter Sleep Mode during certain hours to reduce ambient light and conserve energy.
If the Lumin Screen remains off or unresponsive for an extended period, our Lumin Support Team may contact you or your Supporters to check that everything is okay.
