Here are the steps:
Open the Lumin Residents App.
Choose the correct country code and enter your mobile number.
Choose whether you'd like to send the passcode via SMS or e-mail.
Check your SMS or e-mail inbox for the passcode
Enter the passcode
Tap on Submit
A message will pop up on your mobile asking to allow Notifications. Tap Allow.
To log in to the Lumin Residents App, you have to be listed as a Resident in your Lumin Account.
