It is now possible to add more supporters to a video call. At the moment, a total of 5, including the Lumin screen user, can join the video call.
To add more supporters to a video call from the Lumin Supporters App:
Tap on the green Video Call button on your Lumin App to start calling the Lumin screen user.
Tap on the grey + button
Tap on the Add button beside the name of the Supporters you'd like to add to the group video call. You can add up to 3 supporters.
Tap on the orange Add button below. You might need to scroll down if there are many supporters.
The supporters who answer the call will be included in the group video call.
