Micro SIM cards can be used on the latest version of the Lumin hardware. This is great for those who do not have WiFi at home but has good cellular coverage.
Please follow the steps below:
Insert the SIM card in the centre slot of the left side of the back of the Lumin. See the photo below. (You may need a credit card edge or something to push it in so it ‘clicks’)
Re-start the screen and turn off the WiFi, to do this:
Press and hold the round power button on the back
Press ‘Settings'
Press ‘Internet Connection’
Toggle Wifi to off.
Did it work? Check if the red ‘offline’ banner disappeared. You can also test the radio or something that needs data.
