If you get an alert from the Lumin Supporters App, you have three options to respond:
1. Acknowledge
Tap Acknowledge to let other Supporters know that you’re responding to the alert.
All Supporters will receive a notification and SMS that someone is handling it.
Only press this if you actually plan to take action.
2. Resolve
Tap Resolve to let others know that the issue has been successfully taken care of.
This also sends a notification and SMS to all Supporters to confirm the matter is resolved.
Only tap this if you have personally resolved the alert.
3. Call the Lumin Screen
Tap the red Call button to speak directly with the user.
In emergency situations, the Lumin Screen will auto-answer — the user doesn't need to tap anything to accept the call.
